Full time (12-17 credits/term) = $24,636per term.
Fees
Technology fee = $129.50 per term
Health fee = $74per term
Activity fee = $80 per term (charged for the fall and spring terms)

Scholarships
The University of St. Thomas School of Law administers a scholarship program for students with outstanding academic records or who are particularly likely to contribute to the school's mission. Plus, your scholarship award will stick with you for every year of law school.
Financial Aid
St. Thomas Law is committed to making high-quality legal education available to students by offering several forms of financial assistance, including scholarships, employment and loans. Financial assistance is designed to help students meet direct expenses (i.e. tuition and fees) and also indirect expenses (i.e. books, supplies, course materials and equipment, food, housing, transportation, etc.).
The total indirect expense allowances for the 2023-24 academic year is $25,334. The actual amount of these expenses varies depending upon the circumstances of each student.
Working During Law School
The School of Law imposes no restriction on employment, but we recommend that a full-time student work fewer than 20 hours per week. If you plan to work more than 20 hours a week, you should contact the Director of Academic Achievement and Bar Success.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, you may be considered for a variety of federal, state and private student loan programs by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online.
The FAFSA for the upcoming academic year may be completed any time after Oct. 1. We recommend that you submit your FAFSA no later than July 1. The University of St. Thomas school code for the FAFSA is 002345.
Federal Work Study Program
The Federal Work Study program allows students with financial need to earn money to help pay for educational related expenses. A FAFSA must be on file with the university to determine your eligibility. If eligible, you may receive up to $5,000 of work-study for the summer term, $3,500 for the fall term and $3,500 for the spring term.

Yellow Ribbon Program
St. Thomas is proud to continue a long tradition of supporting veterans and military families by participating in the Yellow Ribbon Program. Chapter 33 recipients at the 100% level are eligible for the Yellow Ribbon Program throughout their remaining months/days of benefits.
