Minnesota has an abundance of outdoor activities for adventure seekers and those who maintain an active lifestyle–running, golfing, fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking, snowmobiling, ice skating, biking, hiking, and more. Though Minneapolis has 180 parks, 55 miles of biking and walking paths, 22 lakes, 12 gardens, and seven golf courses to enjoy, residents can be out of the city and into nature in less than a half hour.
