Employee well-being has emerged as a critical factor in driving productivity and organizational success. In today's dynamic work environment, where employees face increasing stress, burnout, and work-life balance challenges, Human Resources (HR) plays a pivotal role in fostering a resilient workforce. This paper explores the relationship between employee well-being and productivity, emphasizing the strategic initiatives HR can implement to enhance both. By analysing current trends, best practices, and case studies, the study highlights the importance of mental health support, flexible work arrangements, and employee engagement programs.
