Colleen Dorsey joined the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2015. She previously spent nearly 16 years as in-house counsel for Land O'Lakes, where she developed and implemented the company's first compliance and ethics program. She also served as in-house counsel at Syngenta Seeds, Inc., before joining Hutchinson P.A., a private practice in Wayzata where she focused her practice on food and agri-business matters. Dorsey is currently the chief ethics and compliance officer for Cognovi Labs. At St. Thomas, she teaches and advises Organizational Ethics and Compliance students.
