Representative clients include Fortune 500 manufacturers, mid-size med-tech businesses, and high-tech start-ups.

Licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Minnesota Supreme Count U.S. District Coutt for the District of Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Member of the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association, Minnesota Bar Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.

Appointed to the Minnesota Board of Invention as representative for the 5th U.S. Congressional District, currently preparing the Minnesota Innovation Report.
