Suzan McGinnis has more than 19 years of experience in compliance and ethics. She spent fourteen years in compliance and ethics roles at the largest U.S. electronics retailer and at one of the largest U.S. based consumer retailers. Suzan has extensive experience in developing training and awareness programs, policies and procedures, Codes of Conduct, conflicts of interest, gift and vendor relationship management, and strategic planning for ethics and compliance teams in complex global organizations.
Suzan also spent over ten years in higher education. In addition to teaching undergraduates, Suzan has her Master’s degree in Library and Information Science and served as a Collection Development Librarian at a liberal arts college, large research libraries, and at a content management start-up. Suzan was an active member of the education community and has several publications and presentations as a professional librarian.
Suzan has taught courses at both Fordham University School of Law and for the Yale School of Management Executive Education courses through GetSmarter.
